A Letter to My Military Husband

Updated: May 5, 2010

AND THE WINNER IS... Using Random.org, out of 17 posts, #8 was selected. Congrats Aimee for being our winner today! Loved reading all of the letters and hope everyone enjoyed writing them.

Tomorrow is a fun one - post your favorite recipe and tell us why you like it (try to include a pic if you have it!) - Jessica is giving away a great Tastefully Simple gift pack.

NOTE: I am heading out of town for a military wives retreat in New Mexico that I'm speaking at all weekend so the giveaways may happen a little later than 6 p.m. Thank you for your patience.

Today we’re going to take some time to honor our husbands by writing our posts as letters to them. Whether your husband is currently deployed or home, take a moment to tell him how much he means to you (and let others know how much he means to you too! :) )

Today’s Giveaway is a KJV Military Bible from B&H Publishing and a copy of the Bible study Hope for the Homefront. PLUS military wife and Mary Kay consultant Amanda Henning is giving away a $20 gift certificate towards the products of your choice! Check out her website at marykay.com/bellarose!

To be eligible for today’s drawing, you need to do two things: 1) link back to this post. 2) Post a link to your post in the comments section below.  Anyone can comment but only those participating in the blog carnival are eligible for the drawing.

VERY IMPORTANT: The winner will be announced today at 6 p.m. CST. You have two days to send me your contact info (sara@wivesoffaith.org) so we can mail you your prize. Be sure to include your email address in your comment if you’re not sure you’ll be checking back. Otherwise, if I don’t hear from you, we will pick another winner.
