Last night, the Murfreesboro chapter met at my house and we discussed the excitement and anxiety that comes toward the end of a deployment. But the last piece of discussion was so crucial, what praises can we give God that have developed from deployments. This question has been something I have been thinking about a lot lately as my husband is close to returning home. At the beginning of this deployment, I would have told you that nothing good could come from being separated from my husband and living by myself. But oh how foolish I was, God had another plan. The biggest praise I have to give God is showing me how much he loves me and he truly never will leave me. I can always depend on God. What an amazing thing to have, and I praise his name for all that he is. God has worked in my heart and life during this deployment, and I know that this will only make my marriage stronger when my husband gets home.
