Our Military Kids is a non-profit organization that started in 2004/2005.The program was first test-piloted with a VaARNG unit, the 3/116 INF Rgt.My husband was the CO Commander of that unit, and I was the FRG leader atthat time. Our Military Kids received their 501c3 status in early 2005, andimmediately started providing grants to the children of the unit for theirextra curricular activities.
