Romans 15:1-2 in The Message reads “Those of us who are strong and able in the faith need to step in and lend a hand to those who falter, and not just do what is most convenient for us. Strength is for service, not status. Each one of us needs to look after the good of the people around us, asking ourselves, “How can I help?”
Deployments present challenges – and also opportunities. Moments where we can help others as well as ourselves as we seek to connect, support and encourage one another with positive, God-loving actions. You will find that not only do you make others feel better, but you will also benefit because you are answering a need and providing a gift that only another military wife can give.
PLEASE NOTE (1/23/11): Our Local Groups Director position is currently unfilled, and we are taking the next several months to re-examine our local groups structure.
