My DH is currently overseas, but is actually due home in about 2 weeks or so. I don't live on a base, so I haven't had the "military support" that living on the base provides. My family is (unfortunately)either incapable of assisting me, or deceased… so, that being said, Here I am!! I have been through soooo much this past year, much of it is not even on my blog. Some good times, some bad times. I have NO idea how "I" made it this far, but I do know, that it is with God's Grace.

Hi! I just found out about this site, and am so excited to be here! I would love for my blog to be included in your list. It's called "Midlife Army Wife" and it's where I write about my journey into Army life, homeschooling my special needs daughter, being a foster parent, and my faith! I'm new to the military life, but my husband is not. He was in for 7 years, out for 13, and just rejoined after we heard…and answered God's calling for our lives. He's at WTC now, then on to AIT and then we'll find out where we'll be stationed! What a ride!
