This is the last call to sign up to participate in our first ever Survival Sisters Semester!
Registration must close September 10, and our first week of the 10-week semester will begin Sept. 14.

We have made it super easy for you to participate. If you have a phone and a computer, you can be part of it!
First, fill out the membership form and let us know you’d like to be paired up with another military wife for prayer, support and encouragement. Let us also know if you’d like this to be as a friend/friend pair, or as a mentor/mentee pair and which of those you fit.
Second, once we have everyone we think who has applied, we’ll send you notice of who you’re matched with. Generally, we will try to match you with another woman that is in the same geographic location, at least in the same time zone but this may not always be the case, particularly if you’re in a mentor/mentee pair. We may also have a few pairs that have three wives in them.
Third, once the semester has started, each wife participating will receive an email at the beginning of each week that includes an excerpt from the new book, GOD Strong: A Military Wife’s Spiritual Survival Guide, which releases in February. Discussion questions will be included which you are encouraged to talk about with your Survival Sister.
Try and schedule at least one phone call or Skype visit a week. The purpose of pairing you with another wife is to give you both someone who will commit to pray for you, as well as hopefully a new friend you can talk to and share life with!
Fourth, we will offer live chats throughout the 10-week semester. These will be held on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. CST on the FMWCN/Wives of Faith message board. You do not have to attend these if you don’t want to or can’t. These will be open to anyone, not just the Survival Sister participants, so even if you aren’t doing the semester, come join in and talk with us!
