My favorite family recipe is cranberry chicken. It's sooooo easy! All you need to do is mix one can of cranberries (jellied or whole berry) and one packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix. Pour it over your washed chicken, cook for about 45 minutes at 350, serve over rice. It only takes about 10 minutes of prep time. Enjoy!!

This is perfect! We have a can of cranberries left from post-Thanksgiving shopping and I had no idea how we'd use it!

I posted a recipe that I have been making for a few months now. Both my kids love it, one of them a very picker eater, and my husband who can be just as picky as my 3 year old. My recipe is Three Cheese Chicken Penne Pasta Bake. It hits 3 categories for me, healthy cooking/kid friendly/easy to make. I hope others enjoy this recipe as much as my family :) <a title="" href="http://financiallyfitmommy.blogspot.com/2010/05/three-cheese-chicken-penne-pasta-bake.html" rel="nofollow"&gt <a href="http://;http://financiallyfitmommy.blogspot.com/2010/05/three-cheese-chicken-penne-pasta-bake.html” target=”_blank”>;http://financiallyfitmommy.blogspot.com/2010/05/three-cheese-chicken-penne-pasta-bake.html

Here's mine! It's more of a Saturday or Sunday dinner because it takes a while, but it's so worth it. My 17 month old daughter is the pickiest eater I know and she loves it, plus since I have to be cautious of salt and heart healthy things, it's great for me, and my diabetic mom! Doesn't taste like a healthy dish at all!!!
